Robert Young Architects is an award-winning New York City-based design studio offering integrated services in architecture, interiors, furniture, and landscape. RYA's mission is to create compelling, practical, and original environments for clients who care deeply about the spaces where they live, work, learn, and play.

Collaborated with Project Managers and a Principal Designer on custom residential projects ranging in budget from $500,000 to $10,000,000.

Directed a team of junior designers and design interns to provide creative and technical support throughout all phases of the design-bid-build process.

Produced graphic presentations including precedent guides, schematic design boards, and renderings.

Translated conceptual designs, sketches, as-built surveys, and verbal design briefs into accurate CAD production files.

Managed, maintained, and operated Architecture + Planning student/faculty digital media technologies and reprographics including printers, plotters, and oversize scanners.

Provided student/faculty technical support for both MAC and PC laboratories.

Coordinated and implemented ongoing standardized graphics to advertise and encourage technology assistance provided by Architecture and Planning Information Technology Services. Other graphic assignments included: room use designation, basic technical instruction, and wayfinding strategies.
