Smokehouse Market and Steam Bar

Smokehouse Market and Steam Bar

Commercial New Construction | Restaurant

San Francisco, Ca

Under Principal Architect Anthony Fish

The Smokehouse Market and Steam Bar was designed as a novel concept to provide a direct link between people and the sea. Located on an unused portion of pier 47 in San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Warf, the market is designed to be open to the elements and provides consumers with direct access to freshly caught seafare throughout the year. Further intrigue is generated by incorporating a steam bar and full service restaurant with seating for patrons to view the passing fishing boats and fresh catches being delivered directly to the market.
